need to downgrade my cal update???

So I plug my trinity into my 14 ram 1500 5.7 and it says my cal is not supported. says I need to downgrade to version AE instead of AK.... what the heck is that all about and how do I go about doing that? Please help!!!!!

connect to pc, open dsdl and let it connect to the tool then click the cal updater button when it appears.

Ok, got that going. One more thing... my suction cup mount is broken. The threaded part that snaps into the back of the trinity has completely broken off, now there is no way to mount my trinity. is this common? How do I get a replacement? Thanks
