2006 SRT8 Charger not saving

Good Afternoon,

I just received my DBS Trinity in the mail and I keep getting the following errors when I try to tune:

original back up not saved (-30)

not tuning vehicle because of back up (4)

trinity rejecting backup, it appears to be a trinity tune.

pcm: error verifying backup (3)

Vehicle picked up my vin but not married to device, I am running v.1r13k it will not llet me update without tech password as well. It does let me do quick tune adjustments , I tried this after many failures to tune pcm.

Problem solved by tech support. Best customer service of any tuner company out there.
