truck down

2013 ram 5.7.i used the programmer to look at and clear a code....comes out it was a loose gas cap. so.....i decided to put it back to stock tune just to see if i can tell a difference. well, it did not end well. i got errors saying pcm error unlock for reflash (-34). that was last night. today i go back out to give it a try with a little less attitude. now i get a can not connect with pcm??????. the truck does nothing now, wont start or anything. i now have a vehicle that is totally disable. any suggestions? i really need my vehicle lol
