Cant access performance page to swap tune or restore backup

Post by Hemilover57 »

My vehicle is a 2012 Ram 1500 5.7L 6 speed auto. My device is a Trinity T1000 with software version 1r13i. The problem I'm having is when I hit the performance page to swap tunes, I get a message saying:

"This tool was used to flash a "unknown tool" with "gr_93race.drg". The original backup must be restored to that vehicle before tuning another vehicle is possible"

the tune file that it's saying was last written is a custom tune for my truck, as my truck is full bolt on, and has a custom grind camshaft. I purchased my Trinity brand new, and it has never been married to any other vehicle besides my Ram. However, right before this issue came up, I used my trinity to scan a check engine light in a 2007 GMC Yukon Denali. I went through the vehicle selection process as necessary for the trinity to communicate with the GMC, and did the same to swap back to my '12 Ram when i was done with the GMC. The tool still has my VIN saved also. I have attached a few pictures of the message I get, plus the info page for the trinity itself. I need to get it figured out as quickly as possible, because I usually keep an economy tune loaded In my truck to help with fuel consumption. It is stuck on my custom race tune and I need my economy tune back badly.
