need to reset back to stock help

I have 2014 Ram 1500 hemi, I purchased this used from a dealer. I received my trinity and after updating it and connecting to the truck and trying to back up the stock tune the trinity says stock tune can't be found and there's a trinity tune already installed I have no idea what tune is installed and can't return to stock. Can the trinity force a return to stock or is this a dealer only fix

Yes, give us a call with the tool powered up in the vehicle and we'll force it to load a factory file that you will download from a pc using our dsdownloader software.
