180F Tstat: Cannot adjust fans

I used to be able to go into quick adjust, select what type of thermostat and also adjust the fan speeds. Now I do not have that option. Is there a fix for this?

fan adjust is n the modify parameter menu, its never been a quick adjust item unfortunately.
