Alaska only 90 Octane

I have a 2008 Dodge Caliber SRT4 and I was wondering if there is a 87 or 89 Octane tune for the car. I live in Anchorage and there is only 90 Octane around. There is nothing higher in the state. If there is not, what are the things I would adjust in order to run the car on the 90 Octane with a tune.

Best bet is to use the 91 tune and log it, and if there is knock at WOT, pull 1* of timing at WOT in each range until you get rid of the KR.
