save this to the root of the t2 drive and let the tool import it then go to the vehicle and load it then you can load the tunes.

Hi mikel! after downloading the file you sent to the root t2, it disappeared from the root t2 after which I connected it to the car and received a message stating that this car is not supported. photo attached.

no, unlocking is not the answer.
We need to load the file I provided.
Connect to the pc and run the ignition/update agent software and then go to the car and try loading the file again please.

I did as you said, even filmed a video. after updating and connecting to the car I received this message.(attached)and I reconnected it to the igniton (there is a video) (attached)

I can not understand why my trinity2EX cannot be compatible with the software of my machine.
