Updating via sd card?

Updating via sd card?
Can a t-1000 be updated by an sD card instead of by computer? I don't have access to a computer and think I need an update. Current version is v.1r13f. currently on an 08' Charger srt8. msettle93@gmail.com for faster communications.

No it cant.
Thats not an old version per se, and I dont think updating will do much if anything for you there...
