Idle Up Feature

Is there a way with the trinity T-1000 to enable the "Idle Up Feature" on a 2006+ Dodge CTD? Apparently this can be done with the StarScan from the dealer.

the feature enables the following:

PCM > Misc. Functions > Idle Up > Enable. Once the feature is enabled on the truck you can activate it by having the truck idling in park or neutral, turning cruise control on and pressing the set button (this is only on automatics). The engine will now idle at 1,000rpm but can be adjusted by using the accel/decel cruise switch up to a maximum of 1,500rpm. The high idle mode can be disengaged by turning cruise control off or pressing the brake pedal.
