2011 Camaro SS LS3 T1000 will not backup stock OEM tune?

I have a 2011 Camaro SS LS3 manual and I am having a problem with my brand new trinity T1000

When I tried to install any tune I get the following error?

1. Original Backup not saved (-30)
2. PCM: error verifying backup (3)
3. Trinity is rejecting backup. It appears to be a trinity tune.
4. Not tuning vehicle because of backup (4)

I tried all your GM firmware with no luck?
I currently have Ver. V.1r13 installed on it.

I tested the unit on my corvette 2006 c6 ls2 and it works fine (backing up oem tune) so it is something to do with the unit not liking my Camaro's ECM?
Also this is the first time a turner has ever been connected to this car.

Please Help!!!

those messages indicate that there is already a diablosport tune on the vehicle.. you'd need to have your dealer flash your car back to factory stock programming first before using the trinity on it.

I am taking it on Weds I will let you know what happens after that as this car has never had an tuner installed on it I have owned the car new!
