2017 Chevy SS Automatic

I am getting the "Your calibration is not currently supported. Trinity will try to save your Original Backup." message.

I'm using gm_can_gas v.1r13x

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Great thanks! Would it be smart to go ahead and restore my stock tune so the tuner is in a unmarried state? Would that help a bit when i do get the updated tune file?

Any timeframe for completion? Any chance it will be done before the start of the weekend?

Thanks!

Unfortunately it looks like it will be Monday, due to the fact that the GM tuner is out today.

Thanks

I'm curious. What exactly is necessary to make my car work? Is it simply my PCM/TCM versions that don't match? Or is there actual new programming required?

Thanks, I was able to get it loaded.

Question, is there a huge difference between firm and hard shift? I tried firm shift and it seems a little firmer but there doesn't seem to be much difference. Does hard shift still maintain torque management? I want to try something firmer than firm but don't want anything that will stress my driveline too much.

Will the update work for an i3 devices as well? I’m having the same issue. Verified on my car and another vehicle that the device can pull vehicle info and read the vin. It was working fine and now it’s not
