2017 Silverado 5.3L update issue

hi everyone,

I was wondering if someone could help me i have a 2017 Silverado 5.3l with the six gear transmission . I can not get the tuner to talk with the truck. Iv updated it to the newest versions on the website then the ones off of the forum they all do not work. Every time i go to program on the tuner it tells me the trinity needs and update to tune this vehicle, is there a new update for the t1000 itself?

you need to connect the trinity to your Windows PC.. let it boot up. .then start up the DSDownloader program and it will find/connect to the trinity, and will automatically download and install all current, available updates and install to the trinity..

then you should be good to go.
