2016 Silverado 5.3L tune hiccup

There are a few thing I have run into with tuning my 16 Silverado so far. 1st is I bumped up the rev limiter and shift points equally 200 rpms. It's now hitting the rev limiter at WOT but shifts out afterwards. It still seems the limiter is still at 5800 or whatever stock is.. I will need to review log to confirm.
2nd is I tuned the trans with the hard shift tune. I felt little to difference at part throttle shifts. The first few shifts were slightly noticable but it seemed to go back to stock. I increased the pressure % but it also had no affect. Also the trinity freezes up on occasion and I have to unplug it.

Anyone else have this happen?

can you please make the same adjustments then use dsdl to export the backup and last tune written files and post them here so we can check it out?
