2005 duramax- DiabloSport U7185

I'm thinking pf purchasing diablo sport U7185.I have a Serra Crew cab 2500 4X4 Duarmax. My mods. on my truck are a Airaid intake, AFE turbo mouth piece with a 4" full Magnaflow exhaust with a cat will the tunes in the diablosport that comes with the unit be great or do I need to buy a custom tune?
