Backup not saved

I have a 2004 chev 2500hd lb7. Just updated the trinity on the computer. When i go to tune it the trinity says original backup not saved. (-11) PCM error prepare read (-1) not tuning because of backup. It may have a tuned PCM. Anyway of making it take the backup so u can use my trinity!?
