Intune frozen at startup screen
As title says. Main menu loads but completely unresponsive.
I've had it connected to my PC for about 2 hours now to ensure it wasn't in the middle of updating etc.
If I open both the DiabloSport or removable disc folders, there's nothing within each folder.
Any suggestions?

so you are never presented with an INTUNE drive on your my computer screen.
or it allows you to open the "removable disk folder" and nothing apears,. is that file name appearing only when the intune is plugged into a computer. and finally can you try to plug into another computer to see if the same results persist.

The drive does present itself. A screen comes up with removable disk and the tunes folder, but if I click on the tunes folder there's nothing in there. If I go back, the main folder is now blank.
If I right click on the drive names diablosport and select autoplay or start intune updater, it asks me what program to use to open with.
Meanwhile the Intune itself boots up but the screen freezes at tune/scan/settings, I can't scroll at all.
I haven't tried another computer but I have rebooted this one twice.

please post the info.xml file from the intune drive.

I am haveing almost the same issue. I can see it on computer tried to see if it needed an update. didnt help any. It is frozen on main screen. Any help to fix this?

here is info from computer I can get. It wonlt allow me to get the intune.exe to stay up. It looks for updates then errors then closes

use the current update agent software to update the device.
