Restoring problem

Post by guimond17 »

I have the inTune on my 05 Grand Cherokee. I am trying to restore it to the original settings because I am getting rid of my jeep. Every time I try restoring it, it freezes at 100% and doesn't complete the restore. Need help asap, getting rid of my vehicle in the next 24 hours.

does it say anything about restoring quick adjust at the end?
Try going to the quick adjust menu and restore quick adjusts then try restoring backup and let us know.
If not give us a call and we'll get you sorted out.

I have the I1000 intune. I am trying to restore my 2005 300c and it keeps returning this error. can not find ECU. I tried to do a force restore and it failed as well. It has been a year since I last used it. Could the auto update delete the factory backup tune? I looked at he current tunes in the tunes folder and they are from 2010. I bought this tuner 2 or 3 years ago new.
Any help would be great. :|
