i wrote before 2 days about if i can to use intune i2 on my car that already have hptune .
now i remove the hptune from the tuner he restore the orginal backup ..
today i do the last update to my intune i2 device and try to tune my car
but i get ( backup read failed )
i can't use it now so what to do
in the attachment info.xml file
please help me soon as possible

by the way i call customer service today and we do rigestry reset .. and still same problem .. back up read failed ?

on 13-14 models previously tuned with HPtuners our devices will not work as they change the bootloader version and do not put it back to stock, which keeps our devices from being able to work.

what do you mean with ( do not back it to the stock )

there is no way for the dealer to fix it, this pcm will likely only work with HPtuners since it has their bootloader in it now.

No, it cantbe changed via any simple means, there is no simple solution here other than using HPtuners.

no man.. same issue.. the issue is with the PCM in your vehicle now that it was tuned with hptuners.. a different diablo tool won't matter.
