Unable to load custom tune

I'm trying to drag and drop, and copy and paste a custom tune, but everytime I get a," Too Many Sum Dec" error. Is there anything that I can do to remedy this?

this file is not in the correct intune format, must be made froma copy of the backup from the intune.
Need to delete the file as soon as the drive appears.
