I2 vehicle not supported message

Installed my tune over a year ago and yesterday I decided to make change to my transmission shift speed in my tune set-up. Everything installed perfectly, but I forgot to make an adjustment to my octane rating. I turned around and went to make another change and now the tuner keeps telling me "Vehicle not supported". The tuner turns on just fine, even has my vehicle info in it, but keeps giving me this error message. I have updated the tuner today, as it has never been done before and still no luck. Any ideas?

save this to the intune drive and let it import the file, then, runthe ignition updater software and let it update the device.
