Help-intune Showing "Vehicle not Supported, No backup found"

I have had my 2011 Silverado In MPG booster for awhile and have seen great results, but i went to change the tune so that I could better pull the trailer I had and upon plugging in the I1000, I was shown the message, "vehicle not supported, no backup found". I know the tuner is still married to my truck and can see my vin number on the tuner its self, but I do not know how to fix it, please help!!

the device needs to be updated then it should work fine.

I updated the tuner and it still acts like it will restore the original tune, then gives me the vehicle not supported message.
