2009 Dodge Ram no longer supported after Transmission update

I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500, 5.7. I had an high rpm shifting problem that was fixed by a high rpm shifting update performed by a professional mechanic. Intune unit now says my vehicle is no longer supported. I have performed a unit update with same results. SO WHAT NOW
