Just bought an intune yesterday and plugged it into the computer (PC) to check for updates. Box pops up and I click "run". Then it says "Could not get file from the web.cdrom-1r01w.itf, (0)

I know I probably need to manually drag n drop files over to update. I just don't know which ones, in what order, and how to do it?

Just tried to install a tune and it says "The vehicle is not supported, contact Diablosport."

So definitely needs updated because I know my 04 Avalanche is supported.

thats an old device....load this to the intune drive, let it reboot then run the new update agent software and see if it will update at that point.
if not post the actual info.xml file from the intune drive.
