Hello,

I purchased the Itune 1000 for my 2010 Chrysler 300, V6, rwd, Touring edition and have been very happy with it. Has the support for this product ended? I attempted to Download the Data Viewer and received a odd error, whole page of Chinese characters with only "could not access network location" at the top of page. any fix for this? What benefits would I get by upgrading to the I2000 if any, and is there anyway to download the data viewer for the I1000

where are you downloading Dataveuwer and getting that error?

I am having the same problem installing the Data viewer for my i3 - version 3.4.3.1. I am getting the "could not access network location", weird Chinese characters followed by "dataviewer\logs"

what should i do to fix this?

This is my office PC but I’m the system admin so I’m able to install essentially anything.
