Can not update. Please help!

Post by Juicebag14 »

Hi! New to tuning and need some help.
Just received a Intune i1000. Currently my firmware is 1r03h. When trying to update is says it cannot be replaced by the firmware package within group_update_0.
I have not tried using this on my Sierra yet. Wanted to update it like everyone says to do 1st. Been trying to update it for hours tonight. Here's some screen shots of what the device is saying and a xml file that I see people adding when trying to get help. Also It has not prompted me to register it. Seems like this update process should be a lot more user friendly. :crashing: Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks guys.

I don't have a fix for you but, it could be a server issue on their end. I've read they have been having server issues now and then. They will be back on here Monday morning at 8am est.

Never mind guys! I read some people were having the same issue and Mike stated to drag in 1r03y.itf file. So I tried it and it let me update her to the latest version! It's nice to have AFM OFF now!
