intune firmware update error

hi i have update error the intune say: The current firmware revision (1r03x) cannot be replaced by the firmware package within group_update1_0

can you help me?

and next question is can i read tcm on nag1? egs53 ecu with this device?

save this to the intune drive, let it import the file then run ignition again.
No TCM for NAG1 on this device.
