Firmware can not be replaced

Yes it is updated, but in the car it still is asking for an update.

did you run the updater again?
if so please post the current info.xml file.

The truck was in at the dealer for recall and got a software update.
I only was forced to use the iTune because the MDS was reactivated after the update.
Thats how I got informed that inTune isn't working anymore.

ok, so it seems you didnt return to stock after the dealer update, give us a call with the tool powered up so we can reset it please.
