Hi guys , I have a 12175 error message when checking the update on a Itune DCX , it says that the device is up to date tough ,

Application 1r04i
Serial J264M49-4
Licensed 0/1LTW none
Calid 05187930AD

that generally means the updater program cant access the internet due to a firewall.
try using the ignition software.
