car not supported, contact diablo

I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong on this end. I've put the GM tunes on the drive and attempted several times to load them. It does a backup but then won't have any tunes on the unit. I believe i listed the wrong vehicle on the main signup page if that would make a difference and never received a registry code and the link won't resend it.

Just not having any luck and if anyone's gone through any of teh above and got it worked out i'd be eternally grateful.

please post the file from the tunes folder and the info.xml file from the intune drive here, and tell us what vehicle is it.
