2014 Ram 1500 "Vehicle not supported"

I ran the intune.exe and downloaded all updates, I know they took because when I plug it back in to pc and run update it says it is up to date.
When i try to write the tune to vehicle it says vehicle not supported.

it is not requesting na update here, did you click the green check mark on the screen when it asked for the update?

Yes, then tried it on vehicle and it didnt work, so plugged it back in and tried to run the update again and it said it was up to date. I can take a screen shot and post tonight so you can see what I see. Maybe I am missing something.

go to the truck again and if it asks for update click the check mark then post the new info file here please.

I got it working. I am not sure what the difference was, but I left it plugged into the computer for awhile, about 30 or so minutes and then clicked the update button and it finally updated. I think I am good now. Thanks.
