No backup file found for VIN#

I am trying to restore my vehicle but I keep getting a message saying that no backup file is found for my vehicle. I have only used the quick adjustments for tire size and gear ratio. I plugged the unit into my PC tonight and there are no files in the tunes folder. I need to unmarry the device from my Jeep. It's a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. Any ideas?

replied via email, use the quick adjust menu and select restore QA.
