Preloaded tunes and 180 termostat

Hi,
Could I use preloaded tunes with 180 degree thermostat ? Are the tunes able to adopt lower engin temperature in prospect of air to fuel mixture ?
Or I need to go for a custom tune ?
PS. Jeep GC 2012 hemi.

I was more talking concerning fuel settings.

But...concerning fan switch temperatures - I've never seen real changes after programming new switch on temperatures for fan.
Did it few times. Nothing changed. I've heard it is non possible to do it via intune at WK2. Only to order custom tune.
Isn't it ?

if you are monitoring fan speeds at idle you wont see any change, the fan adjustments take effect above 5 mph.

Not sure what you mean by adjusting fuel mixture based on the t-stat, but it is not an option.
