Vehicle not supported even after update

Hi all,

I got the "calibration update required" message then "vehicle not supported" last night, on my 2013 charger SXT.

I plugged it in a computer and updated the calibration but still I got the "calibration required" message.

I updated the firmware too with no success so far.

Any idea how to fix this? info file attached.

did you take the vehicle to a dealer without restoring the stock tune?

Yes, the dealer called for a recall to fix the spare tire and something else 2 weeks ago. But I don't know if they reflashed the ECU.

they did...this is why you must always restore when going to the dealer or they will flash it and lock you out.
Please give us a call with the tool powered up so we can reset the device.

What did he say to do? My new Diablosport is doing the same thing.

Thanks Mike. I haven't been to the dealer in nearly a year. A couple years ago they replaced the motor for me if that helps figure this out any. This is the first time I have tried a Diablo (or any other device) on the car.

Can I get the same help? I have the latest update and still get this issue and the dealer updated my PCM without my knowledge. I had the car there for a Alternator and when I picked up the car I saw they updated the PCM.

What can I do now?

im having same exact issue. i dont remember if i restored back or not. had airbag recall on my charger and he told me they flashed or updated cars computer. now i get the calibration update message. no new updates available for the intune.
