PCM Calibration Issue - Service Department Reflashed Car

I have read a few of the other posts and it seems I have the exact same issue. I took my 2011 Challenger to a body shop, and Chrysler apparently wants to run a diagnostic after any work is done on any part of the car. I did not know they would do that so I left my 93 octane tune on the car's computer. The diagnostic screwed everything up and now I can't do anything with the programmer (an Intune I-1000 DCX from July of 2014). I have tried updating with a PC but it hasn't helped. I will attach the xml file but it sounds like I just need to call DiabloSport and have them reset the device, does that seem like the best way to fix this? Thanks.
