i had them make me a tune but didnt work, errors, didnt even install

I have been running the canned 91 tune , i have the intune I2 Dcx, 1r04j firmware. They wrote a tune for me, but when I went to install it i got "an umexpected error has occurred" message. they it said it was writing a error log, which I cant find. So I comtacted they , they wrote a new tune, same result, SO they suggested I contact Diablo.

everything is current there, does it let you load canned tunes with no issues?

I dont have a problem with that. im running the 91 tune right now.
