I'm experiencing the same problems as well.
I have the diablo tune(93 Octane) installed but I want to try the 91 octane tune but it prompts me
that I need a calibration update Before I Can Install it

It might Be A Software Issue

just needed to update the tool again, save this to the intune drive and let the device import it then go load it to the vehicle then you can load the tunes.
