Yes, the dcx tool you have is for 11-14

im having this same problem, calls for an update and it doesnt update. pc or Mac. pc cannot run intune app.

returned to stock to get dealer updates, come home to this.

2014 ram

what happens when you try to run the updater app on the PC?

copy this to the intune drive and let the tool import it then try tuning again, if it still asks for an update at vehicle run the updater pr post the new info file here please.

it tried to update, but now it says its not registered?

i dont think I accidentally did it when trying to get it to work before?




EDIT: I JUST DID REGISTER IT (again?)

thanks, it seems to have updated properly , except it claims to still want an update when plugged into the truck.


I have the ran update you sent me two separate times.


not sure what i'm missing.

I'm experiencing the same problems as well.
I have the diablo tune(93 Octane) installed but I want to try the 91 octane tune but it prompts me
that I need a calibration update Before I Can Install it

It might Be A Software Issue

would be nice to get this resolved as my intune is an expensive paper weight at the moment.

Must have issues updating by itself. I have to drag and drop everything

I'm having same issue too. 2011 Jeep GC 5.7L

I have not been to dealer.

just needed to update the tool again, save this to the intune drive and let the device import it then go load it to the vehicle then you can load the tunes.
