Took my 2012 R/T in for recall work. I restored the factory tune prior to taking it in While in the shop, the dealer applied 2 flashes. Now I get the vehicle not supported message. Updated the tuner on line and tried again. Now it's asking to check for a calibration update. Wanted to check here before I proceed further. Advice? Things to do and not to do?

Thanks

Jack

My dealer hleps me to fix it. The problem is the version of the recall tune. your dealer could flash the pcm tune with the same version of your diablo. Then the diablo goes back to work nomally. :evil_angel:

I grabbed the calibration file and it looks like the tuner now wants to upload it to the PCM. I haven't backed up my PCM yet and was concerned as to what this calibration update does to the PCM.

I'm having the same issue with my 2012 Challenger after my recall on the timing chain. I believe they did a flash update as well. I had one of the techs send me a file to install on my tuner but it did nothing. I am hoping we get resolution on this as I have been working on this same issue for a couple weeks, many calls to support desk, hours on hold - still not working.

this device is already married, did you go to the dealer while the tune was loaded?
