2010 Chrysler 300 V6 HO Fan Settings

So I have seen so many different setups for fan settings, but not one for my vehicle. I understand I have a 180f thermostat, and live in Seattle and it will be getting fairly warm soon. I lowered the stock settings by about 20 degrees for all settings across the board. I have a custom tune installed, but the fan settings were still stock. The AC on and AC off settings are the same per many recommendations. I have a CAI, use custom tune, have tpihe throttle set 5% . Have great off the line response, good pickup and want to make fan adjustments if needed. Any help? Thank you
