I've been trying to restore the factory tune on my '10 Challenger. I did the update, went to the tunes file and loaded the backup to the device and it still says "may need update" and "vehicle not supported". Now what? :blowup:

please post the current info.xml file from the device.

use the attach option here and browse to the intune drive and click on the file called info.xml and upload it.

has the vehicle been to a dealer since you lat tuned it with this intune?

Yes, for airbag replacement. Is that a problem?

seems they updated the pcm, which is the issue.
Should always go back to stock before taking it to the dealer for any reason.
Give us a call and we'll reset it for you.
