2014 RAM 1500 error

Hi, I just buyed an old Intune DCX and I have some problems. it seems like the licence a been released, because in the "tool Status" I can read "Licenced: 0/1. But when I connect to my vehicle, I always have the message: "Unable to prepare calibration update. Tool contains a UNDEFINED backup". Then a go on the computer connect the tool, and it seems like it can't update, I have this message: "The current firmware revisioon (1r03j) cannot be replaced by the firmware package within group_update1_0.

Can you help me or explain me what is the problem.
