Hello. I have a problem connecting i3 with Dodge Ram 2011. for a long time I have "key on" and "key off", then it pops up that he did not find my car "asks to update", the update is there anyway.

Yesterday, Paul(technical support) and I tried to solve the problem, but to no avail, he asked for the "info file and runtimes" file that I sent, waiting for a response.

I sent an email to Paul directly after our telephone conversation. Then I repeated the email. And silence.

Problem solved. Most American cars in Europe are converted into LPG installations. Also my. When the LPG system is turned on, the intuitive i3 does not connect to the car, when it disconnects it starts working. So the problem is the LPG installation computer which downloads data online from the truck's computer. When you turn off the LPG computer, everything works as it should.
