The manual does not state how to load a custom tune, is there any reason why?

Hmm, it should...I will check, but its super simple, just save the custom tune to the i2 drive, and done :)

...page 5, section E.:

E. LOADING A CUSTOM TUNE
Loading custom tunes to an i2 couldn’t be easier.
1. Your tuner will ask you to email them the tune files from the i2 drive in the tunes folder under
your VIN, then they will send you back a custom tune.
2. When your tuner sends you the custom tune file, save that file to the i2 drive, and the tool will
import it. The i2 will display a message that a custom tune for your VIN has been loaded.
3. From there, go to the vehicle and select tune vehicle/advanced tune, then select the install
custom tune option, and you will see your custom tune(s) in the list and can apply it or modify
it from there

I am having an issue at this point than. I sent my backup file to the tuner and he sent one for the new I2 because I upgraded.

I have a new I2 that i just updated and has not been married. The new tune I have for the new I2 when i load it from a mac or pc i do not get the message of a load complete. When I restore and remove my orginal intune and try to install the I2 it will not find the custom tune.

Please advise

P.S. I cant registor my device either.

New Tune must be loaded into the Root of I2. DO NOT PLACE IN ANY FOLDER!

Hello

Just out of curiosity is there an updated full users manual coming out. I’ve noticed many changes and prompt changes which are not fully explained or clear with the new software updates

Thanks
