yeah somethings going on now im back to factory with no back up on my computer and intune wont recognize my vehicles...smh

Yes call them they rolled my update back to the previous software and it worked said they would fix software today hopefully but yeah give them a call

When we try to update the i2 it will say vehicle not supported and it does nothing else. I had someone at your office reset and roll my update back to last update and it worked however I was told not to update the i2 to the Tim update until they fix the software

put vehicle back to stock updated and went back to vehicle and still go vehicle not supported?

same problem I call tech support today he reset my intune2 toll me to come back to the house and up date with the ignition app on my pc and now it says update are available for you device .do you want to install them now I hit ok and goes to unsupported file for you calibration not found.

I’m still waiting on someone to help me get this fixed so I can retune my vehicle
