2017 Jeep srt vehicle not supported

Just got my new i3 with unlock pcm from DiabloSport. Very excited to tune my 2017 Jeep srt but I followed all the instructions and still it say (vehicle not supported)
I updated all the software but still it say not supported what do i do..

Looks like we missed that tcm cal, unfortunately it looks like it will be Monday before I can get a new update to allow that to work.

Aw really I was really looking forward to tuning the tune this weekend since it just came in yesterday it just didn’t work and I couldn’t even tune my srt. Hoping I can have it tune already.

Still nothing ... updated my i3 and you guys sent me a file with the calibration update which still says vehicle not supported and Also I manually added the file as told to the i3 drive .. still nothing

Please download this file to your pc and then copy it to the i2 drive and let the device import it then you should be able to tune the pcm and tcm.

After I downloaded the tune from the link you provided it moved it into the i3 drive it copied and downloaded to the tool.. then it said download complete.. tool to the vehicle plugged it in. And it still says vehicle not supported ... tried it like 5 time still same results... ps also did everything from a windows PC...

Also did an updated through ignition also it said tool it all up to date. Then downloaded your link to the tool which also said download successful and completed... still all the same results... at this point I have no idea what else to do.. everything your tech support say to do I follow and works like your guys explain, except it all leads to still saying Vehicle not supported... super frustrating

Update. So today called tech support again and good new RICk and DANIEL really help me out this whole week trying to figure this out.. So I finally tuned it with 91 octane and performance trans tune.. but there’s no way to modify parameters.. like wanting to change my setting for fANs and disable MDS/ active fuel management ect...
Modify parameter is not clickable.. please help
