Not reading original back up or writing tune

I plug in my i2 to begin tuning my car, and it goes to "reading original back up" and ends up freezing/stopping at a random percentage, and after 30 minutes+ still no progress. Any ideas?
My car is a 2013 dodge charger srt8.
I also attached the info.xml file.

has it been tuned previously with another device or software platform?

No sir, just the current device im using.

this is common when another tuning device has been previously used on a 13/14 application.
please update the device one time then try in the vehicle again and let me know if its any different.
