Using my i2 on a different vehicle?

Post by xMike90 »

I bought an InTune i2 for an SRT8 Chrysler that I no longer have. I am in the process of buying an 06 Jeep Commander 5.7l HEMI and am wondering if/how I can use my i2 on the new vehicle.

did you put the stock tune back in the first vehicle before you got rid of it?

Thanks

Sorry for the late reply. No, the first vehicle was totaled.

you'll need to provide us with documentation of the total loss on the first vehicle then we can reset it for free, or, you can simply purchase a 2nd license for the device for $149

Thanks for the help. I got it hooked up to my Jeep now, but this is the message I'm receiving: Some ECUs in this vehicle are not supported...

And the only tune and parameters available are transmission related.

Edit: I'm also getting an error when trying to save my adjusted shift points. I had the same issue quite a bit on my old vehicle as well, and had to constantly try again multiple times for the new tune to save.
