Please HELP 05 Dodge Ram Hemi failed to write tune no start

I had purchased a new i2 about 8 months ago and never got a chance to install it, simply because I have a Bullydog tune on it and was waiting until I could have the dealer factory flash back to stock, well my son found my i2 still in the box and tried to be a nice 19 year old and help me out by installing it. Since it had previously had a Bullydog gt tune on it, which btw was completely uninstalled but had failed to completely write the tune and will NOT write the backup that it had made right before he tried to install the i2 tune. He meant well but I have no vehicle, I can't get it to even turn over no clicks no nothing and keeps failing to write even in recovery mode.
