Here is my story.
Vehicle: 2015 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi 8-Speed
I previously had an Intune i1000 married to my truck with a tune from Hemifever Tuning. It worked great for several years, but I just noticed that their was transmission tuning available now with the Intune i3. So I bought an Intune i3 from Hemifever tuning.
Yesterday I received my i3, so I used my i1000 to restore my truck to stock and "unmarry" my i1000. Then I plugged my i3 into my computer and updated it. Then I took it out to the truck and plugged it in and I got a message that the ECU was not supported. I then brought it back inside and updated it again and it downloaded a calibration update. I then took it back out to the truck and plugged it in, after booting up, the tool asked if I wanted to load the calibration update for my VIN. I proceeded but the tool got stuck on the screen that has "writing tune" at the top and "calibration update" at the bottom of the screen. I gave it 30 minutes, but the screen never changed.
At this point, I unplugged the tool and plugged it back in. From this point forward it has been stuck in recovery mode and I cannot start my vehicle. I have attached my info.xml.

please give us a call asap so we can try to get you up and running.
If possible try disconnecting the battery for a minute and drain voltage then reconnect and see if it fires.
if not see if the tool will go through recovery at that point.
